Our client, a leading automotive group, is looking to hire an experienced Body Shop Manager to join their aftersales operations in Mount Lebanon.
This role focuses on managing the daily operations of the body and paint workshop, with a strong emphasis on customer service and warranty-related repairs. The Body Shop Manager will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners, and oversee workflow to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the daily operations of the body shop, including body and paint repairs under warranty and insurance cases.
-Welcome customers, explain repair processes and timelines, and ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
-Coordinate between customers, insurance companies, warranty teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth case handling.
-Monitor repair progress and ensure jobs are completed on time and in line with company and manufacturer standards.
-Handle customer concerns and escalations, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
-Ensure compliance with internal policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
-Prepare basic operational and performance reports for management review.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
-4+ years of experience in an automotive aftersales or body shop environment, -preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
-Strong customer service and communication skills.
-Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
-Fluency in English and Arabic.
