Our client, a leading organization in the FMCG sector, is seeking a Project Manager - Electrical in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from ideation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, time, and budget constraints. This role requires a subject matter expert in electrical systems design, along with strong leadership and operational management skills.
Responsibilities :
- Efficiently manage and execute the project lifecycle from ideation to fruition while adhering to defined scope, time, and cost parameters.
 - Conduct technical feasibility studies and facilitate financial feasibility assessments for projects.
 - Define project tasks and resource requirements, developing and maintaining project plans and timelines.
 - Review detailed electrical (power & control) drawings and engineering layouts to meet specific process requirements.
 - Create and review contractual documents, including tender documents and project specifications.
 - Perform fieldwork to gather data and site requirements necessary for defining project deliverables and specifications.
 - Identify and effectively manage all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
 - Prepare and manage the project budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
 - Oversee project procurement and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
 - Monitor and report project progress in a timely manner, managing changes through effective change management practices.
 - Define and manage the project risk register throughout the project lifecycle.
 - Support external projects within the domain of expertise and contribute to the competency development of the team.
 - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all project activities.
 - Execute management directives as required.
 
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering; PMP certification is preferred.
 - Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical engineering and project management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
 - Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, project management practices, and relevant codes and standards.
 - Proficiency in electrical engineering software, such as AutoCAD and PCschematic.
 - Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Project programs.
 - Fluency in English is mandatory.
