We are seeking a highly dedicated Cardio Product Manager in Beirut, Lebanon. A knowledgeable and strategic product manager will formulate and implement effective sales strategies aimed at maximizing the use and market penetration of cardio products. The manager will drive growth in sales and market share while anticipating and effectively managing business opportunities and challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings with potential and existing clients.
  • Presenting and promoting company products to healthcare professionals, and leveraging effective selling techniques.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide valuable insights and market feedback.
  • Preparing detailed sales reports, analyzing market trends, and submitting timely purchase orders to relevant departments.
  • Assessing customer needs, recommending and presenting products that align with those needs, and driving product usage within healthcare settings.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand product sales, resolving customer complaints, and negotiating terms of sale effectively to secure deals.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients by providing exceptional after-sales service and ongoing support.
  • Organizing conferences and group events for medical professionals to increase product visibility.
  • Regularly attending industry events, training sessions, company meetings, and workshops to remain current with developments.
  • Conducting market research on competitors products, pricing strategies, and success rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required 
  • 4 to 5 years of proven experience in medical sales, with at least 2 years focused on cardio products or related specialty medicine.
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally within a matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing sales of specialty medical products, with a consistent record of high performance.
  • Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and consultative sales skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, excellent time management, and strategic negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to problem-solve and perform well under pressure.
