Our Client has a luxurious furniture brand worldwide and is seeking to hire a Senior Sales to join the the team in Baghdad. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and cultivating relationships with high-end clientele.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the luxurious furniture brand.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities, utilizing the insights to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
  3. Present and showcase the luxurious furniture collections to clients, providing in-depth product knowledge, highlighting features, materials, and design aesthetics.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and provide samples, ensuring clients have a hands-on experience with the luxurious furniture pieces.
  5. Collaborate with the design team to offer customized solutions and assist clients in coordinating fabric, finish, and customization options.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes, clearly articulating the value proposition and benefits of our luxurious furniture.
  7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and closing sales successfully.
  8. Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records.
  9. Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain an attractive and visually appealing showroom environment, ensuring furniture displays are well-presented and reflect the brand's luxury image.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and design influences, continuously enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques.
  11. Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client visits to promote the brand and develop new business opportunities.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives, provide customer feedback, and contribute to marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  1. Significant experience in luxury sales, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or high-end retail industry.
  2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive sales environment.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with affluent clientele.
  4. In-depth knowledge and passion for luxury furniture, including familiarity with different styles, materials, and design trends.
  5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to tailor sales approaches to different customer preferences and requirements.
  6. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to showcase products and articulate their unique value proposition.
  7. Results-oriented mindset
