We are seeking an experienced and dynamic "Restaurant Manager" to lead a Lebanese restaurant specializing in Lebanese cuisine and pastries. The Restaurant Manager shall be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving business growth. 

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management, a passion for Lebanese cuisine, and excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Restaurant Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, bar, and pastry section.
  • Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and maintaining high guest satisfaction levels.
  • Managing and leading a diverse team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and other department managers to develop and execute business strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, including sales, costs, and expenses, and implementing measures to optimize profitability.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
  • Conducting regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge, service standards, and upselling techniques.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with guests, addressing feedback, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Restaurant Manager Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for Lebanese cuisine and pastries.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of Lebanese cuisine is a plus.
