Our client, a leading global brand in the wellness and natural skincare industry, is looking for a Senior Creative Operations Manager to establish and optimize their creative workflows. The role involves overseeing creative production, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Create & Implement Operations Framework: Develop scalable systems for asset management, production planning, and execution.
  • Lead Creative Production: Oversee the full creative process from digital content to print materials and experiential activations.

  • Manage External Partners: Onboard and negotiate with agencies, freelancers, and production houses, ensuring contracts protect user rights.

  • Optimize Budgets & Resources: Track costs, identify efficiencies, and ensure quality within budget constraints.

  • Streamline Processes & Manage Risk: Manage timelines, identify potential roadblocks, and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

  • Collaborate Across Global Markets: Align creative strategies with a global presence across MENA, EU, USA, and APAC.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills with tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Knowledge of licensing, art buying, and production compliance.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Proactive and entrepreneurial approach to building and optimizing creative operations.
