Our client, a leading FMCG company in Beirut, Lebanon, is seeking a driven Brand Manager to develop and execute brand strategies and elevate brand equity in dynamic markets. The role involves reinforcing brand positioning and equity, building strong partnerships, and driving innovating through new product development. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in market adaption, campaign execution, and strategy development as well as strong analytical skills with a results-driven spirit.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, adapt, and implement brand strategies tailored to local market dynamics and annual brand plans to achieve business objectives
* Secure and reinforce brand positioning and equity across multiple consumer touchpoints
* Plan and implement effective ATL campaigns and BTL activations
* Manage brand portfolio strategy and pricing across different formats
* Analyze market trends, conduct consumer research, and turn insights into business actions
* Monitor and optimize PFME investments to maximize ROI
* Drive innovation through new product development and whitespace identification
* Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain)
* Build and manage strong partnerships with advertising, media, and digital agencies
* Track competitor activity and anticipate market shifts to maintain competitive advantage
* Leverage digital marketing and analytics to boost brand performance and engagement
Qualifications:
* 6+ years of brand management experience, preferably within the FMCG sector with experience in managing agency relationships and creative processes
* Proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and KPIs
* Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate strategy into effective brand plans and marketing campaigns
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Entrepreneurial spirit, growth-oriented, and highly collaborative
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, or Brand Management is a strong advantage
* Certifications in digital marketing, brand strategy, or consumer behavior are a plus
