Our client, a very well-known automotive company based in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee their operations, focusing on tires, lubricants, and batteries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of sales agents and other staff, ensuring efficient and compliant daily operations.
- Monitor and optimize performance to meet sales, customer service, and financial targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, mentoring and training employees to improve skills and productivity.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
- Identify and address any operational or customer service issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departmental managers on strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Manage and grow relationships with high-value clients and key accounts.
- Use market data and insights to drive sales strategies.
- Adapt to changing market conditions and consumer preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, proficient in networking to cultivate long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional managerial experience within the same field.
- Relevant industry background with substantial experience in the automotive industry, particularly with premium brands in tires, oils, and batteries.
- In-depth knowledge of high-end products and the market dynamics of the premium segment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and financial targets, particularly with premium products.
- Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Relevant education in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- High ethical standards and integrity in business practices, aligning with the values and brand ethos of the premium brands.
