Our Client is a Creative Agency looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who will be responsible for executing design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality visual assets that align with client needs and project objectives.
Essential Functions (Include tasks, activities, duties, other duties may be assigned):
- Take ownership of design projects, managing them from initial concept to final delivery.
- Ensure all creative assets meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Identify innovative ideas and create compelling designs that align with client requirements.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to maximize creativity and performance excellence and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Provide solutions to enhance the visual appeal of marketing campaigns.
- Develop advertising campaigns that effectively communicate the client's message and meet their satisfaction.
- Bring a high level of creativity to marketing initiatives, ensuring they stand out in a competitive landscape.
- Conduct pre and post production quality checks.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
- Prepare visually appealing presentations and mood boards for upcoming photo-shoots and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that visual elements align with the overall creative vision.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach to design.
Key relationships: (customers, stakeholders, digital marketing, accounts and marketing department)
- The position has a host of internal and external relations.

- The Senior Graphic Designer maintains excellent working relationships and coordination with the local, regional, and international networks.
- The Senior Graphic Designer is in direct contact with internal teams and partners.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field..
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an advertising or marketing-focused role.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Working Conditions:
- Position is based in an office, requiring sitting at a desk most of the day;
- It may require work whenever is engaged in an event outside normal duty hour.
