Our Client in Jeddah, KSA are seeking a highly skilled and certified Philippino Motorcycle Instructor to join our team. As a Motorcycle Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and engaging training programs to individuals seeking to obtain their motorcycle licenses or enhance their riding skills. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safe and confident operation of motorcycles by providing effective instruction and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct motorcycle training sessions for students of varying skill levels, including beginners and experienced riders.
  • Deliver classroom instruction on motorcycle safety, traffic rules, and regulations, and the proper operation of motorcycles.
  • Provide hands-on training in a controlled environment, including teaching basic motorcycle handling techniques, maneuvers, and defensive riding strategies.
  • Assess students' riding abilities and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and overcome any weaknesses.
  • Develop and maintain lesson plans, training materials, and resources to ensure effective delivery of the motorcycle training program.
  • Administer written and practical exams to evaluate students' knowledge and riding abilities, and issue certifications or licenses upon successful completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety guidelines and regulations during training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new riding techniques, and advancements in motorcycle safety to continuously enhance the training program.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate training schedules, manage resources, and ensure a smooth learning experience for students.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Possess a valid and current Motorcycle Instructor Certification from a recognized training organization or governing body.
  • Extensive experience as a motorcycle rider, with a strong understanding of motorcycle safety practices and riding techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively instruct and engage students of different backgrounds and learning styles.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to plan lessons, manage training resources, and maintain accurate records.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and helping others develop their motorcycle riding skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methods and approaches to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Proficient computer skills to create and maintain training materials and utilize digital resources.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as per training schedules.
  • First Aid Certification
