A leading automotive organization in Muscat, Oman is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the customers, helping them understand their service needs, and ensuring their experience is satisfactory.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and gather information about their service needs.
  • Explain service processes and options to customers clearly.
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
  • Use Dealer Management Systems to record customer interactions and service details.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive services.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Dealer Management Systems.
