Our client in Jeddah is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join a startup company. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences for our products/services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
- Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with branding guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design thinking and innovation within the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Present and communicate design concepts and ideas to internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in UI/UX design, human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field.
- 5 years proven experience in UI/UX design, either through internships, freelance work, or professional positions.
- Proficiency in UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with developers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and receive feedback.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and ability to adapt to iterative design processes.
