We are seeking to hire a devoted "Cardio Product Specialist", responsible for overseeing the creation and improvement of products, in charge of handling everything related to cardio and anatomy products.
A cardiovascular sales specialist works closely with both internal and external stakeholders such as cardiologists, clinic staff to efficiently carry out their duties. Additionally, he/she assesses client needs and presents suitable promoted products, liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe products utilizing effective selling skills, and perform cost benefit analysis.
Medical Sales Specialist duties and responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
- Presenting company products to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases, along with communicating insights to internal partners.
- Preparing sales reports and territory analyses and promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.
- Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
- Identifying new opportunities to increase product sales, investigating and resolving customer complaints, and strategically negotiating the terms of sale with customers to close sales
- Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
- Building and developing professional relationships with cardiology, nephrology, endocrinology, emergency medicine, clinic staff and pharmacy staff within assigned territory.
- Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals.
- Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
- Researching competitors products, pricing, and market success.
- Maintaining activity details on a CRM system.
Medical Sales Specialist skills and requirements:
- Bachelors degree required, advanced degree a plus.in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales of which 2+ years was in specialty cardiovascular products and/or medicine.
- Strong ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally within a matrix environment.
- Proven track record of consistent high performance.
- Valid driver's license and owner of a car.
- Proven medical sales experience.
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, communication and consultative sales skills.
- Strong leadership, time management and strategical negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- In-depth understanding of the latest clinical data proffered by the company.
- Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
