Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join a leading Advertising group, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop and execute creative content plans for social media channels.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries and customer service issues on social media channels.
• Monitor and engage with relevant conversations on social media.
• Develop relationships with key influencers and industry leaders.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall business objectives.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence.
• Research and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proven track record of successful social media campaigns.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a corporate environment is a plus.
