About the job Motorbike Sales Executive
We are looking for a "Motorbike Sales Executive", who will be one of the approachable and knowledgeable faces of the company's motorcycle showroom, to be responsible for selling motorbikes to customers. The job involves working closely with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing them with information about the various motorbikes available for purchase.
The position is to be based in Qatar
The successful candidate shall be knowledgeable about the different models, features, and benefits of the motorbikes, and be able to explain these to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Motorbike Sales Executive Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and identifying their needs and preferences
- Demonstrating the company's high standards as well as motorbikes and explaining their features and benefits
- Advising customers on the best motorbike for their needs and budget
- Negotiating prices and finalizing sales
- Arranging finance and insurance options for customers
- Coordinating the delivery of motorbikes to customers and building strong relationships with clientele
- Providing excellent after-sales service and support to customers
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Collaborating with other members of the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Identifying customers requirements and support them through their purchase journey
- Upselling where possible to enhance the customers' motorcycle experience
- Building a strong rapport with customers and the local motorcycle community
Motorbike Sales Executive Skills and Requirements:
- Holder of a bachelor degree is a must
- Have previous sales experience with transferable skills for the motorcycle retail sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to connect with buyers
- Positive attitude, dynamic and passionate about motorcycles
- English and Arabic speaker is a must
- Be determined to achieve all sales targets and performance expectations
- Be prepared to support all members of the dealership when required
- Be driven, comfortable with fast-paced environments
- Be able to adapt quickly and professionally
- Confident in their desire and ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Forward-thinking and adept with digital technology
- Punctual and exceptionally well-organized
