Our client is seeking to hire a Field Sales Executive in the medical field where you have to build relationships, promotes medical products, achieve sales target, and identify sales opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, key decision-makers, and emerging trends in the medical field.
- Present and communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of medical services
- Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending conferences, and leveraging referrals from existing customers.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulations or guidelines that may impact sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years proven track record of successful sales experience in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Sound knowledge of medical products, devices, or services, and their applications within the healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, procedures, and regulations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and build relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
