Our Client  is a well established group operating in the furniture production, retail and wholesale industry. The group has many subsidiaries working under its umbrella in Lebanon and KSA. Supports the Technical manager and unit staff in planning, executing and successfully implementing technical related projects in the organization. As a Sales Executive for furniture, you will be responsible for promoting and selling furniture products to customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation:

    • Actively engage with potential customers to identify their furniture requirements.
    • Present and demonstrate furniture products to customers, emphasizing their features and benefits.
    • Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
    • Upsell and cross-sell additional furniture items or accessories to maximize revenue.
  2. Customer Service:

    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Assist customers in selecting appropriate furniture pieces based on their preferences, space limitations, and budget.
    • Offer product knowledge and advice on furniture care, maintenance, and warranty information.
  3. Product Knowledge:

    • Develop a deep understanding of the furniture product range, including materials, designs, and customization options.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and pricing to effectively position and differentiate the company's offerings.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to product development and improvement based on customer feedback.
  4. Sales Administration:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM systems or other tools.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of furniture orders.
  5. Relationship Building:

    • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business and generate referrals.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the customer base and promote the company's brand.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of furniture products, materials, and trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for managing customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
