About the job Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking to hire a creative, analytical and experienced "Digital Marketing Specialist". As a Digital Marketing Specialist, one shall be responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies.
The position will be based in Qatar.
Digital Marketing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, SEO/SEM, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Analyze and report on website traffic and other digital marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) and evaluate emerging technologies
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring the company's online reputation.
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as content marketing, design, and sales, to align digital marketing campaigns with overall marketing and business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and make recommendations for incorporating them into marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns and ensure that spending is in line with overall marketing goals.
- Optimize website and landing page content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Develop and manage paid search and display advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
Digital Marketing Specialist Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with digital marketing and advertising agencies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
