About the job Account Manager - Planner
Our client is a regional Marketing & Events Agency based in Saudi Arabia, seeking to hire an "Account Manager". The position is a remote job, in which the employee will based in Beirut, Lebanon and supporting the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategy and planning, as well as a proven track record of client pitching and management. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing the execution of marketing plans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and building trust and rapport.
- Work with clients to develop marketing strategies that align with their business objectives and target audience.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including identifying tactics, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the execution of marketing plans, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and digital, to ensure that all marketing materials are produced to the highest standards.
- Prepare and deliver client pitches, including developing proposals, presenting capabilities, and negotiating contracts.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, including financial and legal requirements.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or events agency.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and planning, with experience developing and executing marketing plans across various channels. (Omni, Social, BTL, ATL)
- Proven track record of successfully pitching and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the events industry is a plus.
