About the job Marketing Coordinator
Our Client who is a leading group is looking for a "Marketing Coordinator" who will Support and coordinate the development and success of the Marketing function by taking responsibility for specific marketing campaigns and projects within the department and assisting with the implementation of the departments policy, strategies, and campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaises with agencies and principles for design layouts, media plans, point of sale materials, and follows-up with suppliers on deliverables and execution, and assists in gathering design assets, and
actively assists agencies and ensures proper design creation and copywriting. - Handles the execution of marketing communications, events and activities, and aligns social media content with relevant happenings and activities.
- Actively handles on-ground execution of events, product placements/exhibitions, and test drive activities with close coordination with the sales and service teams.
- Prepares effectiveness summary reports and assesses campaign results.
- Manages the brands online presence and digital content (Website, Social media pages, Google Business pages).
- Handles proper implementation of brand identity and customer journey touch-points and follows-up on architectural elements and other branding related material.
- Provides ideas and suggestions to incorporate within the marketing calendar based on research, occasional events, and trends.
- Coordinates with bloggers and influencers, and monitors the implementation of PR and influencers campaigns.
- Prepares marketing expenditure reports, prepares marketing payment requests and prepares related reporting.
- Monitors competitors activities, gathers competitor offers, provides insights on competition, and conducts/handles other marketing-related researches and submits related reports to management.
- Handles customer database updates and other field related information gathering in order to create decision-based knowledge.
Submits various marketing reports on a regular basis to principles and management. - Looks for marketing opportunities and assists in the design and implementation of the marketing strategy.
- Responds to online customers enquiries and complaints and channels them to related teams, monitors the lead management system and handles related reports.
- Conducts customer-care surveys and prepares related reports.
- Performs other duties as required related to the support of marketing, sales, and aftersales programs and strategies.
Education:
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising or Business.
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in marketing related roles (Minimum 2 years experience is a must).
- Knowledge of Marketing concepts and practices.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is an asset with the ability to manage relationships with advertising agencies and other related vendors for various marketing deliverables.
