We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and experienced General Manager to lead our Client's Luxurious Clinical Aesthetics and Medical center based in Qatar. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our high-end aesthetics practice, ensuring it functions efficiently while maintaining our reputation for luxury and excellent clinical service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are maintained. This includes managing the scheduling of appointments, handling customer queries, and ensuring the facilities are impeccably maintained.
  2. Lead, manage, and inspire the team of aesthetic practitioners, medical professionals, and support staff to deliver a luxury experience at all times. Develop and implement staff training and development programs to maintain high service standards.
  3. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure the clinic operates within budget and achieves financial targets.
  4. Ensure all services are compliant with medical regulations and quality standards. Promote a culture of continuous improvement in clinical service delivery.
  5. Develop strategic plans to promote growth, attract new clientele, and retain existing clients. Stay updated with industry trends and competition.
  6.  Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts for medical equipment, skincare products, and other services.
  7.  Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement marketing and branding initiatives that elevate the clinic's luxury status and attract the desired clientele.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager or similar executive role in the aesthetic, healthcare, luxury retail, or hospitality sectors.
  2. Knowledge of medical regulations and guidelines in clinical aesthetics.
  3. Experience in planning and budgeting.
  4. Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).
  5. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  7. Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
