Our client is a leading EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company with over four decades of experience in infrastructure, oil & gas, procurement, and ICT services. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a skilled IT Engineer to manage and enhance their IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across offices and project sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, networks, and servers across all locations.

  • Ensure secure and reliable connectivity between offices and project sites.

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

  • Manage cloud services, cybersecurity, and data backup solutions.

  • Implement and monitor IT security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.

  • Ensure compliance with industry security standards and data protection policies.

  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

  • Work closely with procurement teams to evaluate and acquire IT equipment and security systems.

  • Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

  • Ensure IT assets are managed efficiently and in alignment with business needs.

  • Assist in the deployment of IT solutions for oil & gas, engineering, and infrastructure projects.

  • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) with IT tools for planning, estimation, and supervision.

  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for system enhancements and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and security.

  • Prior experience in oil & gas is a must.

  • Proficiency in networking, servers, firewalls, and cloud computing.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, ERP systems, and IT procurement.

  • Strong understanding of IT security frameworks and best practices.

  • Knowledge of data management, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
