About the job Finance Manager

Our client, a leading F&B company in Jeddah, KSA, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to lead their Finance department.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Assist in the development of the company's financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets.
- Perform financial analysis to support decision-making, including trend analysis, margin analysis, cost control, and profitability reviews.
- Provide reports on financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership and the board.
- Monitor and analyze financial results to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

-  Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process to ensure the company meets regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of year-end financial reports and other regulatory filings.

Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure operational needs are met, including working capital

Strategic Business Support:

- Support decision-making through financial planning, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive cost efficiencies and operational improvements.
- Provide financial insights to assist in strategic planning, pricing models, and long-term business forecasting.

Team Leadership:

- Help build a strong financial culture within the company that encourages transparency, accountability, and growth.

Risk Management:

- Identify financial and operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a balanced approach to risk and reward.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management
- Understanding of corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial software tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
- Knowledge of tax regulations, corporate governance, and risk management.
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various functions and levels of the organization.
- Proficient in English & Arabic and already based in KSA.
