The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve organizational sales goals. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing the sales team to maximize their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance team performance.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Sales Forecasting:
Collaborate with the finance team to develop accurate sales forecasts.
Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, making adjustments as needed.
Team Development:
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Identify and address skill gaps through coaching and professional development.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with Other Departments:

Sales Reporting:
