Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their department and align marketing strategies with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and monitoring of the marketing strategy, vision and plans.
  • Defining the key KPIs to monitor for marketing and provide performance tracking of these.
  • Analyzing performance, sharing insights and proposing initiatives to drive growth of the business.
  • Identifying market trends, new opportunities and tools to better improve our efficiency and performance.
  • Manage the budget cycle (allocation of spend, monitoring spend, budget forecasting, budget estimates, reallocation of funds and investment proposals) across the region for marketing.
  • Manage and optimize customer experience and flow.
  • Manage projects and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Autonomous, well organized, and results-oriented
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage change
  • Creative, innovative, and proactive thinking
  • Possess leadership qualities and ability to collaborate across teams
