We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join a Lebanese kitchen team as "Kitchen Staff". The ideal candidates shall have a passion for Lebanese cuisine, a strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute to the creation of exceptional dishes and pastries.

Kitchen Staff Duties:

  • Assisting in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and measuring ingredients according to recipes and portion sizes.
  • Cooking and grilling a variety of Lebanese dishes, such as mezze, grills, stews, salads, and traditional pastries, following established recipes and techniques.
  • Assisting in the preparation of Lebanese pastries, including kneading dough, shaping pastries, and baking.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
  • Supporting and collaborating with the Sous Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food service.
  • Ensuring food quality and presentation by following standard recipes, portion sizes, and plating guidelines.
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients.
  • Assisting in receiving and inspecting deliveries, verifying quantities and quality of products.
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment, assisting colleagues when needed.

Kitchen Staff Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Passion for Lebanese cuisine and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
