Our client, a renowned digital marketing agency, is seeking a Sales Manager in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for elevating the company's brand presence and driving substantial revenue growth across a key portfolio of agencies and clients within the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's presence within the market.
  • Strengthen and grow existing partnerships with top-tier agencies and clients, ensuring long-term success.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with both existing and potential clients/agencies, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
  • Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their business objectives and propose tailored company solutions that address their needs and goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to create and implement effective market strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Provide strategic input to the internal teams, sharing market insights and feedback that will drive continuous improvement in product offerings and client experience.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and strategic account growth to the Sales Director.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, case studies, and sales materials that resonate with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Act as a thought leader within the region, sharing best practices, insights, and thought leadership on industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B advertising and/or marketing sales, preferably with international organization clients.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales strategy, process, and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to solve real-life problems.
