Our Client in Jeddah is seeking a Telesales to join his automotive sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential customers, promoting our automotive services, and closing sales over the phone. Your goal will be to maximize sales revenue, meet sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in order to generate leads and promote automotive products and services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers by consistently following up on leads and inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about available automotive products and services.
- Present and demonstrate automotive products effectively to customers through phone presentations.
- Overcome objections and address customer concerns to effectively close sales.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activity reports using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving customer issues or complaints.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or telephone-based sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong persuasive and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers over the phone.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure sales and meet targets.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activity.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle objections and complaints professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of outbound calls.
