Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in analyzing financial data, customer behavior, market trends, and other relevant datasets to inform business strategies, improve customer experiences, and drive innovation in financial services.

1. OPERATION MANAGEMENT

  • Collect and manage financial data, customer data, market trends, and other relevant datasets.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing proper data collection and management practices.
  • Perform statistical analysis on collected data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Use data to forecast trends, evaluate the effectiveness of current policies, and assess market conditions.
  • Create reports and dashboards to present findings in an understandable and visually appealing manner.
  • Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
  • Work closely with different departments, including marketing, sales, product development, and risk management, to provide data-driven insights.
  • Support decision-making processes across the organization with relevant data.
  • Develop predictive models and algorithms to support business decisions.
  • Analyze customer behaviors and preferences to improve customer experience and product offerings.
  • Keep abreast of market changes and competitor activities to provide relevant insights. 
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in data handling and analysis.
  • Analyze risk factors and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and software (like SQL, Python, R, Tableau) to perform analyses.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in data analytics.

2. CLIENTS MANAGEMENT

  • Work closely with department heads, managers, and employees to understand their workflow needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and other relevant departments to ensure processes are integrated across the organization.
    
    
    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
    
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a fintech or financial services environment.
  • Experience in handling large datasets and familiarity with database technologies.
  • 3-4 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Strong English Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to provide practical and effective solutions.
