Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in analyzing financial data, customer behavior, market trends, and other relevant datasets to inform business strategies, improve customer experiences, and drive innovation in financial services.
1. OPERATION MANAGEMENT
- Collect and manage financial data, customer data, market trends, and other relevant datasets.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing proper data collection and management practices.
- Perform statistical analysis on collected data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Use data to forecast trends, evaluate the effectiveness of current policies, and assess market conditions.
- Create reports and dashboards to present findings in an understandable and visually appealing manner.
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
- Work closely with different departments, including marketing, sales, product development, and risk management, to provide data-driven insights.
- Support decision-making processes across the organization with relevant data.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to support business decisions.
- Analyze customer behaviors and preferences to improve customer experience and product offerings.
- Keep abreast of market changes and competitor activities to provide relevant insights.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in data handling and analysis.
- Analyze risk factors and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and software (like SQL, Python, R, Tableau) to perform analyses.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in data analytics.
2. CLIENTS MANAGEMENT
- Work closely with department heads, managers, and employees to understand their workflow needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and other relevant departments to ensure processes are integrated across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a fintech or financial services environment.
- Experience in handling large datasets and familiarity with database technologies.
- 3-4 years of experience in data analysis.
- Strong English Communication Skills
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to provide practical and effective solutions.
