Our client, an IT consultancy firm based in Dubai, is seeking a Product specialist to be based in UAE. The ideal candidate need to have a strong background in product management, marketing, or technical support. The Product Specialist will play a key role in driving the success of our products by providing expert knowledge, support, and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, including features, functionalities, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape related to our products.
  • Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to technical questions, product inquiries, and support requests.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers and prospects.
  • Product Development: Partner with product management and development teams to provide feedback on product enhancements, new features, and product roadmap prioritization.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials, to support internal teams and customers.
  • Marketing Collateral: Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including product brochures, datasheets, and case studies, to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams, channel partners, and customers to increase product knowledge and adoption.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and engineering, to ensure alignment and success of product initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a product specialist, product management, or technical support role.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate technical product features and functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and building positive relationships with customers and partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and derive insights to inform product decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
