Showroom Manager Department SALES Section
Summary & Purpose:
To maximize the sales and bottom line of the assigned showroom while enhancing the company's image and providing the best service to clients.
- Scope People Manage and control the retail outlet sales consultants.
- Financial Responsible for all the assets within the assigned Retail outlet & Sales Target Other Interacts with Customers, Warehouse & Logistics, Procurement, Accounting.
- Report Development according to management requirements Daily Reports and batches of Daily sales (accessories apart), Transfers, deliveries Daily/ Weekly Report of total Sales & collectibles Weekly Sales per Salesperson & conversion rate (number of SO /number of contacts) Weekly activities on contacts per User Weekly/Monthly Report of Internal tickets sent to showroom (open & closed, Open) Monthly Report of sales Analysis per Brand & product Monthly Report related to out of stock, aging stock, slow-moving items, fast-moving items, New collection to be communicated to procurement & management Trimestral Report of employees performance according to a filled & signed checklist (will be provided by HR ) especially On-Boarding ones who are still on probation Responsibilities Achieve showroom weekly, monthly and yearly target.
- Review daily sales to assess performance and market situation.
- Direct and control retail staff to ensure they are properly motivated and trained to achieve all sales targets and carry out their responsibilities to required standards.
- Facilitate employee training on sales techniques, cross-selling, customer service, visual merchandise maintenance, promotional introductions, objection handling, etc.
- Help the team make the right decisions in all daily activities.
- Develop weekly team presence for all gallery staff.
- Maintain close relationships with important customers.
- Monitoring & close internal tickets with other services and their escalation.
- Maintain proper implementation of the approved merchandising standards.
- Ensure zero stock variance inside showroom.
- Ensure that the preparations for the seasonal activities and promotions are done ahead of time (communication & regular meetings for implementation) Daily follow up over the quality of the execution of all activities: Sales Orders, transfers, Deliveries, Refunds.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the team to pulse the market and identify new opportunities or problems requiring interference or support.
- Keep close control over Sales returns to minimize them.
- Closely monitor receivables and expenses.
- debt with the coordination of the Accounting department.
- Liaise with purchasing to ensure new orders or collections are received on time.
- Ensure all showroom transfers are made for all collections to be displayed and coordinate with the Visual Merchandise Supervisor for displays, while ensuring you follow guidelines of R&D Department.
- Ensure daily that all data is inserted in detail into CRM & NAV involves all guest activities and daily employee activities.
- Maintain healthy communication with other showroom managers.
- Maintain control of discounts offered to preferred customers.
- Maintain close supervision and tracking of all customer service requests.

- Return and exchange goods according to company policy.
- Minimum Knowledge and Experience Education Bachelor/College/Technical Certificate Fluent English Experience 5 years of sales or marketing experience.
