Our Client is looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist in Lebanon to be responsible for shaping our different clients' online presence and driving engagement through strategic influencer partnerships. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative influencer campaigns that resonate with our target audience and elevate brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities: (Include tasks, activities, duties, other duties may be assigned)
- Identify and research relevant influencers aligned with our brand values, target audience, and campaign goals.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to meet brand objectives and drive engagement.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts and terms of partnership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Create compelling briefs and campaign guidelines for influencers, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and aesthetics.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Manage influencer budgets, tracking expenditures and ROl to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate influencer events, activations, and product collaborations.
- Uphold ethical standards and compliance guidelines in all influencer partnerships and activations.
Key relationships: (customers, stakeholders, digital marketing, accounts and marketing department)
- The position has a host of internal and external relations.
- The Influencer Marketing Specialist maintains good relations with different influencers across several specialization (food, lifestyle, fashion, etc..).
- The Influencer Marketing Specialist coordinates with different departments to achieve the customer satisfaction target
- The Influencer Marketing Specialist maintains excellent working relationships and coordination with the local, regional, and international networks.
- The Influencer Marketing Specialist is in direct contact with internal teams and partners.
Skills and Knowledge
- Effective communication skills and written skills.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure partnerships with influencers.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and their respective influencer landscapes.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing into different sectors.
- Previous influencer experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Bilingual, trilingual is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Position is based in an office, requiring sitting at a desk most of the day
