Responsibilities:
- Prospect, generate leads, and actively seek out potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
- Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial considerations.
- Provide clients with information about available properties, market trends, and financing options.
- Assist clients in determining suitable listing prices or making competitive offers.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listed properties.
- Arrange and conduct property showings, highlighting the property's features and addressing client questions and concerns.
- Represent clients during negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions for buying, selling, or leasing properties.
- Prepare and review offers, counteroffers, and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about local market conditions, pricing trends, and new developments.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and market data.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market dynamics.
- Familiarity with property valuation and appraisal methods.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and online listing platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
