About the job Account Manager

We are looking for an "Account Manager" for a leading Advertising group. The Account Manager should have a solid experience with Automotive clients. The position will be reporting to the Account Director.

Account Manager Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of advertising activities
  • Guide day-to-day development of advertising activities within approved plan.
  • Ensure progressive stages are approved with adequate time to meet schedules.
  • Coordinate with media, creative, and the account group so that workflow is managed seamlessly, and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Consult with creative, media, and strategy to communicate client objectives and to troubleshoot any challenges.
  • Submit cost estimates to client for approval.
  • Serve as liaison between client and the agency teams
  • Ability to manage workload, accomplish tasks and manage others.
  • Clearly communicate updates and developments to managers and cross functional teams.
  • Maintain a positive and forward-thinking attitude.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to coordinate the day-to-day of the client deliverables including organizing, retaining and management of relevant account documents, scheduling important internal and external meetings, and helping to maintain client financials.
    
    Account Manager Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in Account Management 
  • Graduate in any field, a degree in the advertising/communications field will be preferred
  • Knowledge of the advertising industry, creative and production aspects
  • Strong influencing style and executive presence; articulate and confident
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Persuasive ability and assertiveness while dealing with tricky issues
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse and interpret information
  • Decision making skills
