About the job Talent Manager

We are looking for a Talent Manager to join a leading global group and lead their recruitment strategies with the objective of making them the employer of choice on a global scale along with the Talent Management Program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Building business partnerships with Functional Heads to identify and define talent requirements.
  • Developing recruitment strategies that are up to date with industry trends and practices. Ex: LinkedIn, Crossover, Remote
  • Sourcing talented individuals through a variety of communication channels including social media, job fairs, and university events.
  • Developing recruitment networks and maintaining relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Establishing initial contact and engaging with talented individuals in-person and online.
  • Liaising with potential candidates and arranging meetings with the hiring manager and key stakeholders.
    Designing and conducting interviews with potential candidates.
  • Leading the Recruitment process, from putting the ad together, short-listing candidates, organizing the different interviews, and finalizing the job offer.
  • Negotiating job offers and agreements with candidates.
  • Documenting processes and updating databases and Applicant Tracking system.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and practices as well as with the Market trends, standards, and benchmarks.
  • Leading the performance and development program and following up on their career paths.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree is a must.
  • A minimum of 6 years experience in HR, 4 of which in Talent Acquisition and Management.
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and hiring techniques.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent networking abilities.
  • Highly engaging with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interview and negotiating abilities.
