We are seeking to hire a "Recruitment Manager" for a multinational logistic and Freight Forwarding company.

The successful candidate shall be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The position will be based in Beirut, Lebanon reporting to the Global HR Manager

Recruitment Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications for various roles.
  • Manage the recruitment process from application to offer, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure job requirements are met.
  • Evaluating the performance of the recruitment team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and make recommendations for process improvement
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and share knowledge with the team

Recruitment Manager Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Experience with various recruitment methods and tools, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to delegate and inspire effectively (Leadership Skills)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in recruitment practices
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of recruiters and support staff
