We're seeking to hire a successful Digital Acquisition Manager to drive community building, advocacy, loyalty, and customer satisfaction for consumers and to influence availability of goods through input on forecast.
Digital Acquisition Manager Objectives:
- Achieve the ecommerce sales potential of the GCC markets by accelerating the revenues generated for the digital channel
- Achieve budgeted/forecasted monthly and yearly online sales
- Contribute to the achievement of offline IMS through awareness
- Drive double-digit month-over-month growth of ecommerce acquisition revenues and repeat purchases
Digital Acquisition Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and update digital marketing strategies that will support the organization to achieve its aims as part of the overall commercial strategy
- Design and execute acquisition/retention marketing campaigns/programs across digital channels
- Experiment constantly to identify and refine acquisition/retention channels and optimize conversion funnels
- Monitor/report/optimize performance of marketing across different channels: paid acquisition, conversion funnel, acquisition emails, paid retargeting, surveys, and callbacks
- Segment data base via customer lifetime value model, RFM model, and other necessary angles
- Activate repeat purchases through the following segments of customers: never ordered, new, active, single testers, churners
- Work with the marketing team to create high quality content for a range of online platforms which is optimized and consistent with the brand and tone of voice including UGCs
- Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to update rolling forecasts of key markets and ensure availability of goods that drive offline and online performance
- Report performance weekly and monthly to analyze and optimize and set clear action plans
Digital Acquisition Manager Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other disciplines when work experience is relevant
- 3 to 4 years of experience working with digital marketing agencies or managing digital marketing campaigns for a company
- Strong hold on numbers, commercial background
- Experience in Power BI, Python and/or R and/or SQL is a plus
- Advanced MS Excel skills, ability to analyze campaign performance, draw insights/conclusions, and manipulate data
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities
- Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
