Our client, is a leading manufacturing and food distribution company dedicated to creating delicious and high-quality confectionery products, is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager in Tripoli, Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branch management, with a preference for experience in the Arabic sweets industry. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Manager in daily operations and management.
- Assist in leading and coaching branch staff to ensure high performance.
- Help manage branch budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Help prepare and present performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, particularly in Arabic sweets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the Arabic sweets industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and team support skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
