We're seeking to hire an experienced "Performance & Digital Marketing Lead (Mobile and Web)" to join a tech company specialized in the healthcare field.
In this role, one shall be responsible for developing and executing performance and digital marketing strategies across various social channels to drive hyper-growth for our app to increase the company's visibility and reach.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing, as well as experience in developing and executing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Performance & Digital Marketing Lead Keys and responsibilities:
- Manage the company's performance marketing strategy across various social channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, etc
- Design and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns, including identifying target audiences, developing creative assets, defining KPIs, setting budgets, optimizing bidding strategies, and monitoring results
- Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering, data analytics, and sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and are optimized for revenue growth
- Develop and manage relationships with key partners and vendors, including ad networks, social platforms, and agencies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities to innovate and drive competitive advantage
Performance & Digital Marketing Lead Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience minimum in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or mobile app environment
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, ad formats, targeting options, and optimization strategies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful performance marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth
- Experience with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Google Ads, Business Manager, MoEngage, Adjust
- Experience in SEO/SEM as well as ASO
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
