Our Client is looking for Regional Sales Manager for his branches in Iraq. As a Regional Sales Manager for Automotive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities within a designated region. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, meet or exceed sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement the regional sales strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive activities.
    • Analyze sales data, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  2. Team Management and Development:

    • Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Set clear sales goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and implement development plans.
  3. Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and dealership expansions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, dealerships, and key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  4. Sales Operations and Execution:

    • Ensure effective sales processes and procedures are in place to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
    • Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  5. Sales Performance and Reporting:

    • Set sales targets and objectives for the region and monitor progress towards goals.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for the regional sales performance.
    • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and trainings to communicate sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region as required.
