Our client, a leading tech company dedicated to transforming cities into smart hubs, is in search of a Regional Sales Lead to oversee the GCC region. This role, based in either the UAE or KSA, offers a dynamic opportunity to drive strategic growth and partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand strategic client accounts across UAE, KSA, and the GCC.
  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing with public and private sector clients.
  • Work with pre-sales and product teams to deliver tailored demonstrations, value propositions, and proposals.
  • Identify key opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and building long-term partnerships.
  • Work in alignment with the company's alliance and partnership landscape to develop and deliver opportunities.
  • Keep a pulse on smart city trends, technology shifts, and urban policy developments in the region.
  • Represent the company at high-profile events and ecosystem engagements as a trusted thought partner.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of sales experience in B2B, SaaS, ideally in smart cities, urban tech, or digital infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals with government entities and real estate developers.
  • Strategic mindset and experience navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong network in the Middle East, especially in UAE and/or KSA.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers in English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
  • Based in UAE or KSA with flexibility to travel across the region.
