Job Description
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives!
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Calculations, creation and coordination of offers
Analysis of market and identification of customer needs.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of Freight forwarding sales experience
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving given targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A degree in any discipline

Organization goal Operating profit of country organisation
Sales targets Achieve financial & volume budgets
Strategic goals Achieve 5 new defined KAM business
Sales Development Goals:
Key account development road map :Establish country Business development roadmap aligned with Global sales by June, 2023.
Sales Compliance:
Ensure team achieves sales compliance targets through CRM
Pipeline Reporting:
Monthly pipeline reporting for the Key accounts via CRM
