About the job Creative Producer

Our client, a leading name in the beauty and personal care industry, is seeking an experienced Creative Producer to join their creative team. This is a hands-on role combining project management with creative production expertise, responsible for independently owning marketing campaigns end-to-end; from brief through production, postproduction, and final delivery across photo, video, digital, print, and POS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project plans and timelines for assigned marketing campaigns, aligning stakeholders (Brand, Digital, Regional Teams, Creative, Trade) on scope and deadlines.
  • Manage the full production process for campaign assets; photography, video, digital, print, and POS — from creative brief to market rollout.
  • Handle art buying: sourcing, briefing, and negotiating with photographers, videographers, stylists, and production houses.
  • Plan and run Pre-Production Meetings (PPMs) and supervise photoshoots and video production logistics on-set/on-location.
  • Act as day-to-day liaison with external printing houses, managing print specifications, proofing, and quality control.
  • Manage production budgets and vendor relationships, tracking spend against forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers and dashboards (Asana), contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in marketing project management and/or creative production, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or premium consumer brands.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating photoshoots and video productions, including PPMs and on-set supervision.
  • Practical experience working with printing houses and production vendors.
  • Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns on time, in full, and on budget.
  • Strong project management, budget management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficient with Asana and comfortable using Adobe Suite.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is preferred.
  • Project management or production-related certification is a plus.
