About the job Female Executive Assistant
Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Kuwait, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Executive Assistant to support senior executives in their organization. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic and will play a critical role in ensuring efficient office operations and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Communication Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of executives.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.

Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, preparing meeting materials, and taking minutes.
- Follow up on actionable items from meetings to ensure timely completion.

Project Management:
- Assist in managing special projects or initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct research and gather information for reports and presentations.

Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the workspace is organized and well-maintained.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Exercise discretion in decision-making and communication on behalf of executives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with office management software is a plus.
- Candidates must already be based in Kuwait.
