About the job Senior Sales Executive– Events & Exhibitions
A leading Events & Exhibitions company is seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the companys client portfolio across global corporations and government entities. The role requires a proactive sales professional capable of building strong relationships, securing new accounts, and consistently delivering high-value exhibition and event projects.
The Senior Sales Executive will represent the organization in the market, maintain its reputation for excellence, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients across multinational corporations, government entities, and strategic industry sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's market presence locally and internationally.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Lead Generation & Networking
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to network with exhibitors and generate qualified leads.
- Actively approach potential clients and convert interactions into business opportunities.
- Maintain a strong professional presence that reflects the company's brand and standards.
Proposal Development
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and project submissions tailored to client requirements.
- Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure proposals are innovative, competitive, and aligned with client objectives.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the negotiation process until deal closure.
Sales Performance

Achieve and exceed a minimum quarterly revenue target of AED 1,000,000.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and handover to project teams.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Brand & Reputation
- Represent the organization professionally and ensure that all client interactions uphold the company's reputation, quality standards, and business ethics.
- Maintain strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the exhibitions, events, or experiential marketing industry.
- Strong network within corporate and government sectors is highly desirable.
