About the job Outbound Sales Engineer

Our client, a fast-growing AI-powered B2B growth platform, is seeking an Outbound Growth Specialist (GTM Engineer) to design and optimize outbound systems that drive measurable results for B2B service companies across Europe.

This isn't a traditional BDR or SDR role. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution—building multi-channel campaigns using AI and data to create genuine business relationships at scale.

Your Responsibilities

Campaign Design & Execution

  • Design and run high-performing multi-channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn and email
  • Build and maintain outbound systems using Clay, Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot
  • Identify and prioritize high-intent prospects based on data and ICP alignment

Optimization & Analysis

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and iterate rapidly to improve results
  • Run experiments, test hypotheses, and optimize for qualified meetings
  • Craft personalized outbound messaging combining AI capabilities with human judgment

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Work directly with clients to deeply understand their ICP, positioning, and buying triggers
  • Collaborate with AI engineering teams to refine digital sales twin methodology
  • Take ownership of client outcomes and company growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience running B2B outbound campaigns with measurable, documented results
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting tools: Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving abilities

  • Swedish language proficiency
  • Formal education in business, marketing, or related field
