What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll be reviewing and moderating user-generated content on behalf of a major online platform — ensuring it meets community standards and stays within legal and ethical guidelines. Day-to-day, that means:

• Reviewing Dutch-language content including text, images, and video across digital platforms
• Applying platform policies consistently and accurately
• Identifying and actioning content that violates community guidelines
• Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment

No experience in content moderation? No problem. You'll receive full paid training from day one — everything you need to hit the ground running is included.

You'll Thrive Here If You...

• Speak Dutch at a native or near-native level
• Can communicate comfortably in English for internal use
• Have strong attention to detail and sound judgment
• Can stay objective and composed when reviewing sensitive or challenging content
• Are ready to relocate to Lisbon — or already there

Experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or customer support is a plus — but not required. What matters most is your ability to think critically and act with consistency.
