Job Description:

iHeart Radio Mexico is seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling advertising solutions to businesses across diverse industries. They will be a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in Mexico.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads.
  • Present and sell iHeartRadio's advertising solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Manage and grow client portfolio.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest market and industry trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the radio or media industry.
  • Strong track record of lead generation, prospect qualification, and deal closure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve goals.
  • Knowledge of the Mexican market and industry trends.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
