Cabinet Outlet is seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, providing quotes, and following up until they purchase.
Responsibilities
- Walk ins, calls, & leads provided but looking for generation of leads as well.
- Engage with prospects through warm calling and telemarketing efforts.
- Communicate effectively to understand needs and to provide material.
- Follow up and close deals while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Utilize software tools to design, secure sale, and track sales
- Collaborate to develop strategies for penetration and business development.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on leads.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability in sales techniques, including negotiation and closing strategies.
- Experience in telemarketing or technical sales is a plus.
- Ability to understand market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Hours & Schedule
- Available to work every other Saturday.
- No nights. No Sundays. Every other Weekend Off.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (base + commission)
