Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Professional with a proven track record in business development for a pioneering role at a fast-growing, multi-national company. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in tech reseller sales, particularly in acquiring scale-up companies as clients. This role requires a growth-oriented Sales Executive who can utilize proactive outreach and innovative networking strategies to prospect and engage potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new scale-up companies as clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industries for business development.
Utilize networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques to establish contact with key decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.
Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company's target market and objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals for prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Ability to travel for trade shows (2-4/quarter)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in business development and enterprise sales in technology.
Must live in the Eastern US
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a focus on lead generation and qualification.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Technical sales experience preferred
Self-starter, strong listener, proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
Has an eye for details and is organized.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new strategies and approaches.

Compensation/Benefits:
OTE (base + commission): $100K +/-
Commission: uncapped
Health/Dental/Vision: 70% Employer-paid premium
